Hier spielt man einen jungen Mann der sich Desmond nennt.Er kämpft zusammen mit 3 weiteren wichtigen Spielcharactere gegen die Templer. Das Hauptziel ist es, den Goldenen Apfel zu finden, bisvor die Templer es tun. Dadurch werden sie von einem Gerät namens ''Annimus'' unterstützt. Das Gerät ''Annimus'' zeigt die Vorfahren von Desmond die den Goldenen Apfel versteckt haben.
