[color=#ffafaf]Unfortuantely, CCM has shut down all of its locations. A huge thanks to everyone who took part and contributed towards CCM, it was a great run but it has to come to an end.

The guide, thread, and group will continue to stay up, but will have restrictions on them - Contributing and joining is no longer available but everything is still viewable.

Hello there, and welcome to the Community Created Maps guide! This CCM guide is for the administrators over at our CCM group to upload their 3D modelled maps on to.

If a modeller made a map that was was requested by someone else, it is forced that the modeller credits both the requester, and themselves.

Do not post any maps as topics on the Gang Beasts forums, as it may bother some for advertising. Feel free to post links to the map screenshot or this guide in other topics that are appropriately fitted for advertisement of the map.

Stealing a map by saying you are the creator and/or the person who thought of the idea is strongly disapproved of and action will be taken to have the stolen map taken down, but the rightfully distributed map will stay.

Taking anything from the CCM thread, guide, and group, and saying you made it (in a situation where you didn't), and/or distributed it on another website or location on Steam without proper crediting is strongly disapproved of and may be against Valve (depending on the scenario).

Only final 3D modelled maps are able to go on this guide.

Each modeller may have their own way of modelling maps, ultimately - The style between each modeller may be different. When requesting, please know how each modeller's style of maps look like, and if you want a specific person to model a map for you, you can personally contact them in other ways than commenting on the guide and thread - Only if that person's status is Yes for personally contacting.

People who have right to ownership of the map is the person who requested the idea, the person who modelled the map, and all employees at Boneloaf.

Hello, welcome to my modelled maps section! Here, I upload my completed map modells with;

• High definition 768p photos,
  
• High graphical settings,
  
• More realistic texture characteristics,
  
• More realistic shaders (I haven't used shaders yet, but plan to for some projects),
  
• And carfully made modelled maps!

Plus, I am always happy to respond to every request given to us, and it is very appreciated :D! Oh, and by the way - I don't make maps with the same exact style as Boneloaf. Gang Beasts is made up of mostly blank matte textures, but with the maps I model - I add more realistic textures, like more common reflections, more transparent objects, etc. But, I don't make my modelled maps look like real life, I try my best to balance it out between Gang Beasts' matte looking objects, to real life looking objects. Anyways, please enjoy my modelled maps below, and please enjoy the other modellers' maps too!

The thread is just a small branch out of the group and the guide that really only has one feature, and also the origin of what we are now;

None of the maps here and on the group are playable, because the Gang Beasts files are currently encypted, so it's pretty much impossible for us (and really anyone) to implement custom maps into the game - This goes for costumes, mods, etc (we only do maps here).

That's the plan. Boneloaf is planning development for an ingame editor, and once that comes along, the files should no longer be encrypted - Which could ultimately meen we could implement our own maps that were made in game engines.

Although, the maps seen here (and on the group) have a somewhat low chance of being added in. Once Gang Beasts supports map implementation, we expect that quite a number of us will either port maps from other software on to a compatible game engine (like Unity, for example), or just start using a game engine for our projects from there on.
