Pick an elgible weapon that has only 1 butcher mod pack attachment .
Elgible weapons:
  • Nagant Sniper Rifle
  • Rattlesnake Sniper Rifle
  • Platypus 70 Sniper
  • R93
  • Thanatos Sniper Rifle
  • Valkaria Assault Rifle
  • Piglet Grenade Launcher
  • Vulcan Minigun
After Picking a weapon. Make sure you put the weapon tag as Butcher Mod Pack

Yeah, that's what I use. I don't own the GL-40 DLC.

you must of chosen the wrong weapon or tag because it only has 1 possible butcher mod pack attachment you can get.
