What is a perk?
A regular perk is acquired by leveling up. Werewolf perks are acquired by feeding on enough corpses. And vampire lord perks are acquired by killing enemies with vampire lord spells.

When you do the thing that makes perks available, upgrade a skill slot by putting a perk inside a perk slot.

I am a master at sneaking.
Feeding on Enough Corpses in werewolf form
When you do that, you acquire a werewolf perk. This can only happen if Dawnguard is installed.
Perk Tree

When you first open the perk tree line, you will see the Destruction skill. If you're in vampire lord form, you will see the vampire lord perk tree. If you're in werewolf form, you will see the werewolf perk tree. level, name, XP and race (Which can change) are shown above the selected skill. When your XP reaches 100%, you will unlock a regular perk.
Vampire Lord Perk Tree

I am guessing, BUT if you don't have all the Perk slots complete when you select "Legendary" you lose the chance to get those bonus' forever?

Once you have done all the perk slots, and you select 'Legendary", Do you lose the abilities from that perk tree? OR do you have a whole reset perk tree to add bonus' on top of the ones you have?
