Opis
This mod adds Mr. Torgue as a playable leader, because REASONS!

This mod features a lot of things, the whole AI talks in all capitals and 2 unique units. Works really well with the other Borderlands mod, and it should make a fine collection. More is coming on the way!

UNIQUE ABILITY:
Free Barracks in all cities, +2 Culture from strategic resources.
You just get free barracks in all of your cities pretty much, and 2 culture should help you on the early game.

UNIQUE UNITS:
Big Bertha:
Replaces Artillery, strong Siege weapon that can fire twice a turn with a cost of less combat strength, strong to melee attacks.

EXPLOSIONS!:
Custom nuke, 3 times as strong and 5 more range, replaces Nuclear Missile.

Peace Music: Badass creator peace
War Music: Badass Rex theme.

So need a Tiny Tina mod. Replace The missles with her main squeeze, Mushy Snugglebites. Ceasefire becomes teatime and is easier to get. Have to have a tile upgrade landmine, any unit passing on or beside takes damage. To nerf it a little, maybe have it nerf the tile it is on. Ruler bonus is boosted range for bombard type land units.
