A: You don't have Portal and/or you do not have it mounted

Q: HOW DO I DOWNLOAD?!?!?!

A: I tested it myself in both Portal and GMod. It's possible.

Q: The radio is not playing anything ;-;
A: It's a glitch with GMod. Just go to Q > Utilities > Admin > Cleanup > Clean Up Everything. That should get the radio working.
