UBISOFT NOT Starting game Problem

I pay the game. The game no start. It is my problem? OK. But I delete the word UBISOFT from my dictionary. I no want back my money, but I hope UBISOFT use my money for medicine.

yea i first uninstall then redownloaded both the game and uplay and the i could play the game

Everything was up to date. I read a comment online somewhere that it was related to having a controller connected while launching, sure enough the game launched normally when I disconnected it. Strange.
