its just an recolored urban masked and the urban masked is called camo_tape_strips

I can't find any of these files. There's no weapons folder in the models folder.

When I put the fade.vtf onto the karambit.vtf file it didn't change into the proper colours in-game, can someone tell me how to make the colours accurate to the actual skin

The game files that has only red, green or blue colors (RGB system) and black/white are not the real colors of the skin, it's replaced in-game with another color.
In the case of tiger tooth, black is replaced for it's particular yellow and the green for a kind of brown. If they want more different colors on a skin, they add red or/and blue and they replace it in-game for the wanted color.
