What is Radiant?
A radiant quest's location is random. Most NPCS have Radiant Quests. Delvin Mallory gives you crime jobs. Aela the Huntress lets you get totems of Hircine and clear delves. Jarls and their butlers let you kill the leader of a delve. Potential followers let you kill a bandit leader.
If Dragonborn is installed, radiant locations may be on Solstheim, making you have to go to Solstheim instead of a Mainland Delve.

The Bedlam, Fishing and Numbers Jobs
They are the THIEVE'S GUILD radiant jobs. Don't get taken to Cidhna Mine at Markarth.

Why delving while in werewolf form?
Guess don't have an arguement with others in werewolf form.

During the quest The Silver Hand when you arrive at Gallow's Rock, cast Beast Form.

During radiant quests where you encounter Silver Hand members, cast beast form. It could happen if you accidentaly encounter nine guards (Three halfsized ones, three 1 scaled guards, and three giant guards).
