Descripción
The Void Corp Technologies Heavy Utility Vehicle – G is equipped with two small ship grinders mounted on a crane arm.

The HUV – G is equipped with the following features:

•Vehicle elevator system – timer activated to automatically cycle landing gear, raise/lower pistons, and activate undercarriage floodlights. When the vehicle is raised there is enough ground clearance for an engineer to walk underneath
•Spotlights: Forward, crane arm, and backup
•Backup camera
•Crane arm – enables grinding from ground level up to six blocks high. When crane arm is lowered, landing gear automatically secures it for travel
•A.S.S. or Automatic Stability System consists of artificial mass blocks tied to sensors which cause specific mass blocks to activate if the vehicle becomes unstable (e.g. starting to roll). Artificial mass can be turned on and sensors disengaged in order to use this vehicle without natural gravity
•Steering and propulsion provided by wheels only – no gyros or thrusters

Specs:
•Mass: 45,437 kg
•Triangles: 49,791
•Cargo capacity: 55,902L

I thought your name looked familiar - now I know why :)
Great designs btw, I really enjoyed the drill and ore carrier, and congrats on winning!

Thank you, as for the contest your talking to one of the grand prize winners. i won the non-modded part, being one of two grand prize winners. i won with my SOL3 Planet Drill and Ore Carrier, (whcih you can catch on W4stedSpace's youtube channel), the contest is now over but i won against Ravric's Dawnstar Train. which i will be honesty i thought would win. i do have a SOL3 mobile welder (which you can see on my Workshop page) which is for planets too...

Thanks Lord Wraith. I certainly don't mind if you use things from my designs in yours; I love to see what other people do with different ideas! As far as the planet contest goes - I think I'm too out of touch on that stuff because I didn't know it was happening until recently, and to be honest, I'm not sure if it is still going on or over now, lol :) Thanks for the kind words, and please shoot me a link if you make something with this idea, I'd love to see it!

a nice simple design, well done, intresting use of the mass blocks with sensors, if you don't mind i would like to take a good look at it and maybe use it in one of my design at a later date. enjoying the vids on youtube too. do have to ask, with this design, why did you not enter the planet contest, you could have done well?

Extremely useful designs. I bet these'll skyrocket in popularity once the planet update hits.
