Here are things that you will need:
GCFScape - DOWNLOAD[nemesis.thewavelength.net]

Fixing

Go to your steam directory.
Next steamapps/common/Portal 2/portal2/
Find pak01_dir and open it.
Find particle folder and unpack it.
Put it then to steamapps/common/Portal 2/portal2/
