This guide will help you determine what kind of loot to expect and where to find it. It will also tell you some attack patterns of the Rake

There are two ways to do this...

1. You can wander around aimlessly in the woods like an idiot until you find a building

2. You can go into your trailer and grab the tablet computer off the counter


To use the tablet computer you can press M, or you can press I and select it from your inventory.

Once you have it equipped it will act as a map.

Look for a darkened square area on the map, that is a building location...

Before entering the building you should inspect the surroundings. Walk in a circle around the building and make sure that the Rake isn't hiding near there.

Next go into the entrance and see if there is a hole in the ceiling. If there is do not go under it, try to stay as far from it as you can.

After that procede to looting the building but keep your guard up.

Now make your exit cautiously. If the Rake didn't come through the hole in the ceiling he might now.

P.S. Remember you are never safe anywhere...ANYWHERE! Not even your trailer. You are not hunting the Rake... He is hunting you. You are in his home.

The Castle is a great place to loot! It is one of the spots to find the sniper rifle.

But with loot, and everything else in Rake, it also has its risk. There is a hole in the ceiling when you enter the second floor. The Rake loves to jump down on unsuspecting looters here!

At the old shed you can find 5 bear traps. These kill pigs and hurt the Rake. I reccomend putting a few around your base just to be safe.

Again be careful there is a hole in the ceiling of the old shed that the Rake can jump down on unsuspecting looters from.

When are you safe? NEVER!
When are you safest? During the day.
Where are you safe? NOWHERE!
Where are you safest? Probably in your trailler, but you can still be attacked even in your trailler

Daytime the Rake rarely attacks during the day. If it does it will probably come from a hole in the ceiling somewhere.

The Rake is very aggressive at night. During the first couple nights it will attack your cameras and pigs more than it will pay attention to you. During the later game nights the Rake is extremely aggressive towards you.

The Rake is also known to climb trees to hide from the player.

There is not much to say about multiplayer right now. It doesn't have that many features.
