Competition Settings

These settings are going to be required for this winter competition that I am going to hold.

The challange is a little more than just mono this year. and I am making sure that you all have the settings in good time!

Fixed a problem with the speed not changing on the slower sections of the song.
Fixed a problem with the max speed limit being hit

Game mode is a lot tougher now to play, and winning top spot on this will require a lot more skill.
