I find it amazing these are released so close to the other releases of DBZ CIV mods, and I'm not sure if this possible but.
A gimmick idea for a different CIV:
Beerus and Whis, the gimmick being...
There are only two units, one two make a non expanding city which would be Whis since he's more peace loving then our god of destruction, and Beerus for a singular ALMIGHTY unit of search and destroy.
It would be neat to see the differences between a CIV which can expand and can actually go for other victories then a CIV like this concidering it has no way of expanding and thereby making it impossible to win by any other means.
Just not sure how or if it's even possible to limit someone to two units for an entire game, I KNOW there's Venice equivalents of one city per game but, what about limiting your units?
Maybe by having the most extreme upkeep costs ever created?
