For those that may be confused, the cheat menu, also known as the dev console, allows you to cheat in Enforcer. Activating the cheat menu is very easy to do. Hold down 7, 8 and 9 (IN THAT ORDER) for FIVE seconds, then press space. If you did it correctly, you'll hear a sound and see a notification bar saying "DEBUG MODE CHANGED". If you see that bar and hear the noise, press F12 to bring up the cheat menu.

Now that we have the cheat menu opened, lets take a little look over the options. Most of these are self explanatory, and do not need to be gone over in this guide. However, I do want to point out a few things.

Toggle duty mode - As it says in game, this may break the game. I'm not sure if that means crash or just break everything.

Create warrant - This will make it easier so you can get a warrant on the go instead of going to the police station. You need to have a reason to create a warrant for it to let you.

_dayTimeRunning - This will freeze the time! As an example, if you want a morning patrol, this will make it so that it stays 8:30am for as long as you have it "OFF".

As you will notice on the far right, the log info interferes with the spawn/fast travel and the force events options. You can still do these, but you'll have some trouble reading what it is you're doing.

As can be seen, the cheat menu has very basic options, none of which are game breaking or actually "developer only." As a final note, please do not ask about cheat menu updates or new cheat menu options such as spawning vehicles. Not only is spawning vehicles on the suggestions list, I am not sure if the developers even want the cheat menu to be widely used.
