Jotaro replacement for Francis (COLOR CORRECTION)

Another color correction, again, mainly for my personal crew.
This changes Jotaro's bright blue hair/hat/jacket to the dark blue/black seen in the anime.

Once again, I do not take credit for the creation of this model. This is mainly up here for ease of distribution. I made it public because I think other people would appreciate it as well.
