First time fix

After you downloaded game, go to your /Documents/ and create there folder NAMCO. Now go inside and create another folder, now ACAH.
Folder structure must look like:

C:\Users\<user name there>\Documents\NAMCO\ACAH\

Now launch your game first time and let it create gfx_setting.ini and input_<steamid64>.ini.

If game doesn't create input_<steamid64>.ini file restarting your steam and the game once with administrator's privileges.

Main Part

Open default_input.ini in game folder (*\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Ace Combat Assault Horizon) and input_<steaimid64>.ini.
Now you must copy valid entries from one file to another like that:

default_input.ini

input_steamid64>.ini

[[default_player_plane_input]]

[[player_plane_input]]

[[default_player_heli_input]]

[[player_heli_input]]

[[default_player_gunner_input]]

[[player_gunner_input]]

[[default_mouse_plane_input]]

[[mouse_plane_input]]

[[default_mouse_heli_input]]

[[mouse_heli_input]]

[[default_mouse_gunner_input]]

[[mouse_gunner_input]]

We don't need rest of file lines, you can remove it.
Oh, and mix [[mouse_gunner_input]] lines with [[player_gunner_input]] lines. (fix for windows 10 bug with gun pointing to right bottom corner)

Before:

IMPORTANT! Set input_<steamid64>.ini READ ONLY

Set input_<steamid64>.ini file as read only, because game want overwriting it everytime.

You need to create the Documents\NAMCO\ACAH folder, and go into the in-game settings to make the .ini files show up. See here: http://pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Ace_Combat:_Assault_Horizon_-_Enhanced_Edition
