Description
The Halberd Class Destroyer is a fast, maneuverable vessel that specializes in fleet engagements. Although the same length as the UNSC's frigates, the Halberd class carries no fighters, has significantly thicker armor, and has a second MAC gun.

Fixed the scaling issue finally. I think the problem was that i was attaching ship pieces to the universal compenent pieces after they had neen scaled.
