They do. I confirm as a 95%-of-time-chrome-user-in-realism-expert and ex. versus player. Same goes for the scout sniper (CS:S weapon).
As to hunter- you can't usually shovelock them in intense games, their rolljump still covers a relatively long range and during the horde shoving it may result in you being pounced. Really depends on a situation. Gotta add that on Expert shoving the hunter may also result in -40hp bitсhslap, which is no bueno.
It's pretty much the opposite case, at least in adv/exp, since the special infected will do a nice bit of damage while someone's still shooting. If you have a t2 shotgun and you're immediately next to them it would indeed be better to shoot, but all other cases it's terrible advice.
>On advanced/expert mode, DO NOT BILE THE TANK!
You can still bile the tank, mostly if you're running, and there's also the bile glitch.
That seems like a great technique!
It doesn't have a name, but it basicaly makes you shove faster then normal.
What you have to do is basicaly shove and right after that, switch to another weapon to shove again. This works best, if you have meele weapon, because you can shove and strike faster this way (Not realy striking faster but the faster shoving makes it easier)
so: Shove > change (to meele) > Shove > strike > change > repeat
But note, that like with the pump shotguns, your stamina for shoving will be depleted quickly so no overusing.
