My new building. With the things I learned, this one is a bit more complex. Custom Office Building L1 3x4, 2'513 Tris, no custom LOD. I'd be happy about some feedback and suggestions or basically any comment wether you want more or not. Enjoy!

Always make a LOD mesh or assets are garbage.

Not yet, I'm currently wokring on updating Wohnhaus 404 and experiencing a problem there. As soon as I will be finished with it, this one will be on the turn.
