It is important for me to mention that Spermination acts like a flash game (similar to Binding of Isaac) in the sense that it does not have direct access to the steam achievements you may unlock during your game play. (Although only an assumption) Once you have the required components of completing an achievement in this game, you will have to restart the game to finally be credited with said achievement. Now knowing a little on what to expect when you're waiting for that sweet pop-up achievement, I can move on with the guide.

Your first priority is building your 50k Sperm Bank Bucks, which can be simply obtained by grinding games without upgrading, or upgrade just enough to get you to the end but not in first place. Having money will help with the other achievements.

50,000 Sperm Bank Bucks: I am the 1%

Although you are never quite guarunteed to make it to the Egg or Stomach alive, an easy build will at least guaruntee you first. The Afterburner and Speed engine are the pair you need to have your baby. Nothing else is required since you will need all energy put towards propelling you too that sweet finish line. Try not worrying about armor since it will slow you down just enough to put you at risk for loss.

In Spermination, kills are not accumulative. You need all the kills in one run or no achievement. This can be easily done right after being swallowed first, since you are awarded the Uber Cannon for one run instead of having a baby. The Uber Cannon consumes less energy for heatseeking shots that will score you at least 500 kills with minimal effort.
