It is highly advisable to get them in the first chapter they are available, as many cannot be acquired after the chapter has been completed. Events are triggered by Chattering with a character or interacting with an object with a topic at or above the required level.

Small fix. I think you mean to say that #6 is Holden McCall (Chattering with him triggers the event).

It's more than ok, I just make guides to help people get 100%. Didn't feel like putting in the work for a full one (and thought these were the most missable thing), glad someone ekse did.
