Description
Hey all!

I present to you, the perfect prison. Well almost. This is a modified version of my 'Star of Infamy', created as a max-sec and death-row prison. And it's so insanely effective. For more images and information, check out this album: http://imgur.com/a/VALZC

Prison features:
- 0-1% Re-offend rate [Basically impossible to get, but I did it]
- Around 30-60k income every day
- 0 Deaths and 0 Escapees in the 50 days the prison has been running
- 23 days since a single incident. Prisoners are max-sec and don't even complain. Can leave the prison to run by itself
- Perfect Regime and Policy and Deployment
- Can take up to 304 Prisoners, including 8 death-row
- Plenty of work for the prisoners to do
- Gangs are turned on, however events aren't. Feel free to add events, and let me know how it goes

i have to say that your prison's re-offend rate is temporary,with gang members,it is impossible to make the rate so low as time goes on.Also,your prisoners are always under suppressed which directly affect your healthy rate.Third,with gang members,you have to change the incident policy.OVerall，there is still a long way to say your prison "perfect".

@LardLover no worries, pews work too apparently (haven't tried them, but the mats work) but that would look pretty redicolus. Although, if a gang member had one, I can see him prancing around the yard, taunting out, I've got a pew 'yo!
