@ValterP ' PussyCat ' <3. ★ No you cannot get all the acheivements by spamming the third button. There are many deaths related to the bathroom. Others related to the kitchen and house. Deaths at the gas station, at the Fun Park, on the freeway, and back at the house after being to the Fun Park. If you play for about an hour or so using all options you will get most if not all the deaths, but since game randomizes the deaths you may not get all the deaths and certainly not all the achievements. Like most games active effort is involved.

But you can't earn Triple Non-Threat achievement clicking only third button.
