So yeah, this mod changes the Hazmat Zombies to purple. Sooo... Hope you like it.

To answer your first question, I don't think that would work, I think it would just choose your most recent mod downloaded.
And to answer your second question, I believe it's "TUMTARA Revamped" which I don't think is on the Workshop.
