[BROKEN] Fixed NPC Shotgun Firing Sound - Animation Compliant Version

In retail Black Mesa, the firing sound of the shotgun was changed. However, the NPC firing sound was not, and still used the mod version's firing sound.

This fixes that, while still preserving the distance echo effect from the original NPC Shotgun sound.

This version includes a 'pump' sound from the player shotgun sounds to fit the NPC shotgun firing animations, all of which include a shotgun cocking animation directly after firing. 'Pump' sound is consistent with both HECU and Security Guard animations.
