Ruby's half sister Yang comes to Gmod!

Features:
-Playermodel
-NPC (listed under RWBY)
-Faceposing
-Fingerposing
-Jiggle bones for her hair, and skirtbelt
-Firstperson arms
-Alt skin for red eye color
-Bodygroup for Ember Celica shotgun gauntlets (options are undeployed (default setting), deployed, and no gauntlets)

NOTES:
-High poly model, may have issues on lower end machines
-This model utilizes a shader that requires DirectX 9 and up. (Face will look very odd without it.)
-Also she looks weird in very dark lighting and the playermodel select screen (this will make the face look odd), and to be honest there isn't much I can do about that.
-The firstperson arms will try to match to the bodygroup selected for the playermodel, however this doesn't work 100% of the time.
