Description
Finally the 2nd Vesion of my nitro dusk mod:

nitro dusk 2.0

Essentially, this is a mod of Dylan's "dusk" skin.
Make sure to rate and comment.
(it helps keeping me motivated to make more AS mods)
Also you are welcome to request any changes you'd like to see.

Have fun!

Things changed:
- skyline skybox
- smaller color blocks that don't block the view that much
- glowy street signs
- the car is now a tron like motorcycle (New: Texture by Aeropulse)
- New: Laser like lines in the sky
- New: Wakes (the light FX left and right from the track)
- New: Black-body radiation color theme (like the color of a flame: cold(slow)->red hot(fast)->blue)
- New: Bridge replaced by Tunnel
- other things

Somehow my game is brocken right now, so I can't play :( (reinstall didn't work).
So to get the car back replace "ship.obj". I think the classic car didn't have any texture, so I guess you should be fine. I hope you can identify and replace the code part in the lua file.

I just wanted to share my color setup, because I'm really in love with what I got.
But your color sheme works good for gothic like Blutengel though (dark blue fits good to this dark music, while red is good fitting for metal music)
But I will try to edit the blue one too, because yours is really green intense.

Can you tell me what I have to do if I want the car instead of the motorcycle? I'm unsure which files I would have to replace and which code has to be edited (if so).

I am very busy with work things, so I won't have time to change anything for a while. Sorry. About the color theme: nitro dusk 1.0 used the default colors, but the red cars were hard to see in the fast red zones. So I used a Black-body radiation color theme. I will try your code when I got some time. But since this is so easy to change I think everyone should be able to choose his or her own color theme.
Anyway, thanks for testing and posting and stuff.
Again, I am sorry that I can't put any time in this right now.

imo muuuuch better and not that green intense too. I missed yellow and so on.

It looks really great this way. Try out Manowar - Fight for Freedom or Warriors of the World. Or Machine Head - Bite the Bullet and so on. looks so fantastic!

A blue of 16 is very dark - yes - but it is only on situations where the song does almost nothing and with that of extremely low speed you see the blue blobs fast enough. This gives a good night feeling. I also love that the engine makes the car lights shining (bloom?) at this darkness.
I just wonder: Why it doesnt happen for the player vehicle? There it stays the big white oval lol. It would be so nice if the engine would create light on the street at this darkness so that it actually works as a light.

Yes I meant the colored ones. Yes they arent cars, but blocks. But I tried the skin out now and I'm fine with the blobs. They're less view obscuring too and may help to hit them better.

But I've changed the coloring to this:

SetTrackColors{ --enter any number of colors here. The track will use the first ones on less intense sections and interpolate all the way to the last one on the most intense sections of the track

@De-M-oN: I didn't change the cars (gray blocks) I only changed the colored blocks. But these are also not cars in the original skin.

I'd prefer the car over the motorcycle.. And I assume I'll prefer the original "cars" instead of your small ones. Beside on that the skin looks very promising and I try it now.

@Tekk: I have tried to add vibration feedback, but I wasn't able to find anything that would explain why this mod doesn't have it while others do. If anyone has a hint for me, let me know.

oh, good hint Tekk, I don't have a controller with vibration, but I will look into that
