Allright, equip the weapon you wish to fire. Now hit mouse1. If it's a gun with auto-fire capabilities, hold mouse1.

But it ain't gonna be on MW3 cause I stopped playing it a long time ago.

what fuck why did nobody tell me you could shoot the guns??? I've had this piece of shit game for years and nobody said that the guns actually worked... this is absolutely slop. Thank you for the guide.
