Pressing F4 will bring up a debug overlay. You can use this to get the names of tiles, traps, etc. in order to spawn them in with the relevant commands, as well as to check which team is which (hover over one of your own units and see what 'Owner' is; you're usually player 0, but not always, especially on custom maps). You can also hit L while hovering over a unit with this overlay active to increase its level. Usually, any unit name or room name that's two words (eg Spirit Chamber) just has the space omitted in a command, but not always - which is why you check with the debug overlay.
These don't seem to stop achievements, BUT. At least from the release of Undergames, the console does not work in Crucible mode, even with the current password. I have a feeling that given the global leaderboard and etc, the console is probably permanently locked out in Crucible mode.

there sure is the "Scroll Lock" coded in game files, but no one found to edit and post it to community yet.
