MD Wolfes Governance Mod

Beskrivning
M.D. Wolfe's Governance Mod adds a number of alternative governments and life style options to expand the selection of factions within the game both for the player and the AI.
------------------------------------
This mod is a work in progress, currently it provides a number of government and lifestyle options as well as a rehaul of the default options for balance and a more diverse gameplay option.

Quick summery of changes:

Renamed gov't to be more accurate, added more gov't types.
Removed starting fleets, added option to purchase starting fleet with points.
Added point cost to FTL choices at start, Added option to research FTL tech regardless of gov't.
Added all types of base income for point cost.

Currently planned additional changes:
Gov't types will exclude themselves from certain starting ioptions, no one gov't will be able to select any option as some will conflict with their ideals.
Further starting options to be added that will expand gameplay styles for combat, resource development, influence (card) based game play.
Additional card's will be created to expand the gov't political system both internally and externally.

This looks interesting. Can't wait to see how it develops.

Just did a minor update here; "Moved all income bonus' from gov't type to a seperate selectable option in the nation selection/creation screen." After play testing prior to the change it felt like having the income tied to the gov't was not reasonable and that it should be a selectable option on nation creation. This does mean you could in theory pop all your points into having all the passive income bonus' at start. Future plans are at add additional starting items related to starting planets, systems, tech level of starting planets, additional resources and onward that will provide hopefully a balanced and advanced number of options for all players to taylor their game to their liking.
