It's the 'Bank of America' Tower from cartoonist.
There is a 1:1 and a 1:1.5 scaled version on the workshop - the one in the screenshot is the 1:1.5 version.
A little bit on the right you can also see the 'Reunion Tower' (also 1:1.5) which fits perfectly the theme.
