Description
This mod adds the Gotham Empire as a civilization, lead by Batman. Requires BNW and G&K.

UA: Batman, Inc.
Gain 2 extra spies. Science Buildings and Wonders produce +2 Gold.
UU: Bat-Soldier
Gotham Empire unique upgrade to the Scout. Available after discovering Plastics. Can upgrade to an XCOM Squad. Has 3 Movement, and can trespass into foreign territory freely. Has a +30% bonus to attack gunpowder Units, but a -50% penalty to attack Cities.
UB: Wayne Enterprises
Gotham Empire unique replacement for the Observatory. Available in all cities. Science bonus reduced to +30%, but gains a Scientist Specialist slot.

Check out these other mods in the Super Civs family (none of these are included in any other mod or mod pack):
Religions Pack

Version History:
v4 - Probably a couple small changes/fixes. Added a standalone Religions mod, and updated some existing civs' religious preferences.
v3 - Added war and peace music! Adjusted leader flavors and behaviors. Updated the boring old UU, added extra movement (which was always there but undocumented), free trespassing, and a bonus against gunpowder Units, and an upgrade path. Added support for a number of popular mods. Keep in mind, I've never played with any of them, so let me know if there are any bugs related to them, or if certain leader behaviors are inappropriate. Also let me know what other mods you'd like support for.
v2 - Enlarged alpha and flag icons. Removed the dependency on BNW and G+K. Fair warning, most of these still need one or both of them, but I don't have the time or will to test any of that, so use at your own risk/discretion.
v1 - The very first release! Yay!

This mod is just one of many mods based on superheroes and villains from both the Marvel and DC universes. Check out the packs this mod is included in:
Super Civs - Complete Pack
Super Civs - DC Pack
Super Civs - DC Heroes Pack

The Bat-Soldier unit should have a bonus to attacking Gotham, Batman does know the city like the back of his hand lol

Yeah he went from pikemen to horses. Attacked 3 times before the second age, and always seemed to be head and shoulders offense above the rest in sharpest sticks even when he was knocked down to just 2 cities. I was Cap'n A, with Wonder Woman and Ironman to finish the tiny map set.

@Tiger Knight, that's really odd. I have his war flavors set pretty neutral pretty much across the board. He should be more about defense and science, but the AI plays civs really weird sometimes :/ The only real control I have over it is the flavors I can set, and it might be some weird combination of those flavors causing odd behaviors? I dunno, really. I'll see if there's anything that needs tweaking.

Just played against this mod and he did not seem right.

First Batman mod is super aggressive. Like Attila the hun agressive. Is he supposed to be?

Second he has an affinity for pikemen. I don't think this is correct either. He constantly attacked with armies of them.

Third... Rough terrain bonuses up the bat cave. +30% boost in rough terrain before he advanced past the first age is a bit much.

Great mod but needs tweeking.

@tyrena14 If you've used other mods, it should work the same exact way as them. If you haven't, you just subscribe to the mod on this page, then in Civ 5 go to the Mods menu option, wait for the game's mod browser to download and install the mods you subscribed to, then activate whichever ones you want, and start a game through the mod browser.
