Edit: I was able to fix the issue on my mod by adjusting the XML file found at "C:\%username Profile%\My Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS\Super Civs - Complete Pack Part 1 (v 4)\XML\DEA_Units.xml" The range set on post undustrial ranged units was statically set to 1. I adjusted this number to 2 for Gatling Guns, Machine Guns, and Bazookas. I used Notepad++ to make the changes. Good luck anyone with this issue.
PS: Thanks for the mod. I've been working my way through all the super civs and love them so far.
Deathstroke can be very challenging, the only civ to surpass me twice Diety/Epic.
I squeeked by a science victory with Flash.
Deathstroke had 80% of the map and double the score of every other AI.
