Description
Truly GREAT yields from tiles improved by a person your Civilization had to work hard and sacrifice to bring to birth. You have to keep slots filled with Citizens that could be about other business, build gardens, the National Epic and other things like maybe build a wonder or take a policy to boost GPP to bring to birth 4 or 5 engineers or merchants or scientists! If you choose to put down a tile with them it should have a GREAT yield. **In the future I wouldn't mind seeing a mod made that offered even more choices if the player is willing to make the sacrifice of waiting for the bigger reward. For instance if saved can combine 3 Merchants to form a "Master Financeer" that has the abilty to improve a monster gold yield tile and maybe 3 engineers saved up can form an "Architectual Genius" that lays a massive production tile and maybe 3 scientists form an "Enlightened Inventor".. Maybe others can think of better names.

BASE YIELDS
~Academy: 12 (up from 8)
~Manufactory: 7 (up from 4)
~Customs House: 7 (up from 4)

TECH ADDED YIELDS
~Academy: +4 Science at Atomic Theory (up from +2)
~Manufactory: +4 Production at Chemistry (up from +1)
~Customs House: +4 Gold at Economics (up from +1)
