Introduction Map (q3dm0)

This map was created for Quake 3 Arena like a intro map for begginners
I made reconversion for QL with some features. Now this map for SmalFFA, Duel and Ca2x2

* On all map fixed all textures
* Added Nailgun, ammo_nails and ammo_bullets
* Added portal to First Room
* Fixed some Playerclips and some brushes


Supported gametypes: FFA DUEL CA
Supported Bots: Yes
PowerUps: None
Weapons: SG PG NG
