(DX11) Handheld Tractor Beam

Beskrivelse
Can't get those pesky pirates out of the sky? Try the new HTB!

The personal (H)andheld (T)ractor (B)eam with switchable field control by selecting the HTB again in the slot it's placed in you can switch it to pull or push.

Use one for pulling to you, and use the other (Repulsor Beam) to push stuff away from you.

For survival you will need to have both the negative and positive cells in your inventory to get the HTB to work.

+1 for weaponcore version, I honestly can't believe that the only weaponcore gun for characters that I can find is 1 railgun mod, all these player guns but none of them are for weaponcore, and apparently they all go bang in your hands when you walk through a defence shield with them, or something like that, it would be real nice to have a few more options in the armory

I think I was aware this wasn't working last I tried it, which is very nearly 3 years ago, I don't know if I'll get around to updating this one, I may consider just making a new one with weaponcore
