Black Squall (increase ship speed) +5%
Scourge of the Sea (better reputation) -10%
Tight Ship (less money for salaries) +20%

Santiago Escarra - Can be recruited in Bridgeport or Santo Domingo tavern (talk to bartender)

Sorry, I can't give any answer on faction specific questlines because I played the game so long ago. :(

Hey! thanks for rewiew what demans requare for begining a english faction questline? concracts of reginalds is done but english factions quest is not. same qustion for spanish. and for money lenders reputation(how to raise) and how i can get their quests (lenders)

btw, seems there are no bugs in main quests during chapters 1-3.
I'm not sure about final chapter as I'm currently on it.
