Get your motherboard's exact model.

Go to its official website.

Download audio drivers from there.

Sad to hear that Mr. AAAAAAAAAA. No you're not wasting my time. It's fulfilling helping out fellow gamers.

Before you refund the game, have you tried updating your audio drivers? (If you haven't done it before though, have a techie do it as I can't provide tech support if something goes wrong.)

there is something just called "Sound" though
