Wakey Maps

This is a very special upload for me, as I was able to work directly with the original creator to bring these here. I had some issues with the conversions and Wakey helped me to identify the problems.

Map names:
beneath
uranus
summer
winter

Wakey's design is pretty spectacular. He took a single map and created a two seasonal maps, winter and summer. Uranus takes place on a spaceship as it is passing the planet. Last but not least, beneath takes place under the ocean! His themes are pretty awesome!

There were some warnings that I was unable to resolve on Uranus. I spent many hours troubleshooting, but maps play fine. If you happen to read this and have ideas on how to resolve, please post in the comments. If you have r_vertexlight set to "1", you will not be able to see the glass walls on Uranus (they will appear invisible, so set to 0).

12/2017:
Updated map list so that it will be in the main menu for selection.
