Introduction
This Guide is suppose to tell you about the diffrent types of wepons where they are the most usefull and what they can do :) this is based on what i learned so far in the game so be patience while this guide is been built, please correct me if im wrong. Each weapon has 5 different tier variants, while the final weapon which is the fighter squadron only has 3.

Low Tier :- a low damage wepon that depending on the wepon level is always at the bottom in terms of single damage dps for example rail driver type weponry long range but small dps see rail drivers for more info.

Mid Tier:- A medium amount of damage or average an example of this would be the pulse ray in terms of dps it can be found between explosive and rail driver in terms of damage these are usally small bursts attack and are commonly used by base defences.

High Tier:- very high dps (damage per shot) an example of this would be explosive out of the three pulse ray, pile drier or scatter missile. Scatter missile will have the highest damage output but ussally these types of wepons will have a downside for example sheilds will make the damage close to nil (0)

Base and resources
When you aren't raiding other people's bases or destroying their fleets you'll be building up your base.

When you start off you will have three tech labs, a hanger, a ship factory, a workshop, the bridge and a mineral ore and helium 3 miner. The three tech labs you have are the ship lab, the arms lab and the tech lab.

The bridge is the command centre for your base, it's from here that you select new structures to build you can also select buildings and upgrade them from there as well. The bridge comes equiped with a turret, armor slot and a special slot.

This is the Ship factory, it can be used to build new ships which can be refitted to your liking before you place it in your fleet. The downside to the ship factory is that if you have a ship been built, you wont be able to refit through your fleet hanger.

The hanger is where you can assign ships to fleets and set the fomation for each fleet aswell as repairing the ships when they have return from a mission. Keep in mind, you can only have a single ship being built or repair at the factory and a single fleet being repaired at the hanger at any one time. Fleets can also be repaired at the hanger even when it's being upgraded. You also have an option of naming your fleets so you know what each one is for. ( This is for when you have enough ships to make second fleet)

The workshop is where your crafting materials and usable items such as chests and upgrade tokens are stored, aswell as where you craft blueprints.

The ship Lab is where you research new ship types, upgrades for old ship types, new types of ship and station armour and cargo hold upgrades.

The Arms Lab is where you research new weapons for your stations and ships.

The Tech Lab is where you unlock new shields for stations and ships. As well as specials which can improve weapons or ship thrusters to increase there dodging chance.

The miners collect resources over time, they need to be connected to an asteroid to work. asteroids deplete over time so you'll need to move the miners. (recommended to place these near base so turrets can help defend both the base and the miners)

Storage modules allow you to store more resources. These are some of the most important buildings when building your base as this is what players will be targeting other than the Bridge this is because they have your resources :).

Combat modules are basically defensive turrets these come with the ability to choose a wepon type for them to use to fire on invaders.

Antimatter silos are a unique resource storage for the game's third resource, antimatter.

Terminus Mines are proximity mines, any ship that moves into their detection radious will take damage.

Miners, combat modules, both storage structres and mines can be built from the bridge (HQ).

In addition base building there are three resources to keep an eye on, these are mineral ore, helium-3 and antimatter. Minteral ore is used to build, refit and upgrade structures and research base upgrades, helium-3 is used to build, refit, repair ships and fleets and to research ship upgrades.

Every structure except your bridge requires power to function, the bridge produces power for your base. Not every structure has to be linked togeather to be powered, energy can be transmited one empty tile.

Keep in mind, after you get attacked your base has to repair. The repairs will start the next time you log in after you were attacked.
Ships
There are four ship classes, frigates, crusters, destroyers and battleships. Each have their own strengths and weaknesses and firing arcs.

Frigates are lighter and more agile than the other ship classes, they also have the lowest health and max mass. Frigates have a firing arc in front of them, they can't target their rear or sides.

Crusers have the most health of the four classes and the second fastest speeds for strafing and forward movement. Crusers can fire anywhere but behind them.

Destroyers are the siege class, they have the longest range of the four classes and has the second slowest strafing and foward movement speed. There is a small area in front of the destroyer they can't target.

Battleships are the slowest of the four classes but has the highest cargo space and max mass. Battleships also have 4 weapons, while the other ship classes have 2.
Weapon and shield elements
There are four types of energy weapons for your fleets and three for your base.

The three diffrent energy types are:-

Energy
Projectile
Explosives

Energy weapons are a good all rounder weapon, projectile weapons have higher damage per shot and explosives have a bit of an area of effect at the cost of damage per shot.

what this means is that energy wepons tend to be very average in terms of effects or damage. Projectiles do heavy damage on impact but are hard to hit the enemy with as they move around alot. explosive weponry it is easy to hit your enemy and does quite a bit of damage each type has its uses depending on the situation.

Each weapon type has a shield to counter it, each shield type is called:-

A Spectral Shield is designed to stop Energy based weponry, it's the first shield you will use when starting this game and it's also one of the most uncommon shields to find in late game.

The Shock Wave shield like the name implies is designed to stop you from going into shock from how many ships you will lose to Explosives. Thats right, this shield stops mainly Explosive type weponry. This shield is pretty common mid game as players have gotton used to easy victory or hits on the enemy due to the spread effect of these type of weponry.

Ok its not how it sounds, this type of shield is designed for stopping projectiles from taking massive chunks out of your ships. when you get further into gameplay you can expect some players will find hitting you from a distance appealing while watching you lose without scratching them, this is due to there capability to use long range attacks. What this shield does is make projectiles next to useless giving you easy targets to hunt down when you get in close.

Nnnnope. Even my Bing Chat with GPT-4 couldn't answer my question: What is the maximum quantity of terminus mines you can build? Also, for how short your paragraphs are about ships and weapons, you are missing quite a lot of stuff I had to look through the Fandom page or Chat GPT-4 responses to learn about. "Everything you nee to know..." is a misnomer, I award you 4 points out of 10 for at least providing information.

And if you give your Longbow Destroyer Scatter Missiles, it can hit targets right in front of it.
