2009 A Tau vessel by the Name of Emissary is discovered under the mountains of the Frozen North in old Equestria. The vessel had been there for some time by it's age when Spectra found it. Using its advanced technology, Spectra himself used it to expand into a stronger power under the surface, creating an army of ai drones and vehicles and troops that ranged in size from small people to large battle tanks.

2016 After 7 years of war against the changelings, Spectra finally left his home of Old Equestria, and travelled up to its Moon. There, he found Princess Luna, now turned Nightmare Moon, and worked with her to plan to take over Equestria. During this time of planning, Spectra worked around the clock building up a large base known as the Luna colonies, a large set of cities around the moon with the most being in the icon of Nightmare Moon which is called, Lunar City.

2025 After 9 more years of building up, Nightmare Moon returns to Equestria while Spectra remains up in on the Moon working on a big project, the MCEAS Enterprise or as it was called back in the early days, Enterprise. Equestrian Civil War begins between Solar Empire, New Lunar Republic, Crystal Empire, Zebra Empire, Dragon Kingdom, Changeling Swarm, Griffon Kingdom, Stellar Alignment, Legion of Discord, Sombra's Crystal Empire, and many others.

2026 Spectra makes the first major offensive into Equestria. Using his Enterprise and followers, he causes considerable damage to all of the factions, Knocks the Changeling Swarm off the map, and damages the Legion, freeing many who have become enslaved to the Legion. He meets Dyruss, a pony that would become a important part in the later actions that would shape the Alliance to what it would become.

2030 The Equestrian Civil War with the Treaty of Canterlot. Spectra led the talks on Peace and using his advanced technology, was able to help rebuild the ravaged lands of Equestria and help rebuild many cities and towns giving them a major overhaul. Many objected to a united government but the NLR and Spectra's so called Mine.Co joined together to form the Mine.Co NLR Alignment. The others followed suit with the Solar Empire remaining the only faction not to join. This faction became known as United Equestria but changed to Mine.Co Equestrian Alliance due to issues in that Mine.Co had been made by Spectra at the Time.

May 2030 The Age of Exploration begins. This time period, lasting from 2030 to 2060 would see the planet go under a technological Revolution. The members of Equestrian Society with new technology such as Planes, Cars, Nuclear Fusion, Warp Travel, the knowledge of other planets, and many other technologies made it into the public eyes and many expanded their civilan programs encouraging space travel and future places to make a home.

• 2032: First Colony Established, Moon of Yuvin 5
  
• 2032: Phaser weaponry researched. MK-1 phaser prototypes
  
• 2033: Matter Anti-Matter Reactor tests, proven safe for starships. Replaces Fusion reactors
  
• 2035: First Alliance vessel commissioned, NLRS Lunar.
  
• 2035: Photon Torpedos proven to be effective projectiles against enemies.
  
• 2037: Cobalt Mercinaries recruited for information and exploration. First Mistake
  
• 2040: Marehoof, (Equestrian Mars) is colonized. Construction on shipyards begins
  
• 2043: Alliance Fleets grow to nearly 40x the size of the US Navy circa 2018.
  
• 2049: Alliance is up to 20 colonies across multiple systems, numerious Space colonies in other systems
  
• 2050: Alliance buys first ships from Phoenix Shipyards, including Basilisks and Wyverns.
  
• 2059: Alliance fleet up to nearly 600 Vessels

September 2059 Alliance is tricked by Cobalt Operatives into thinking Phoenix Shipyards has been attacking the Alliance fleets. Alliance reacts with war against Phoenix, ripping through to the Sol System at lightning speed. Before Final Battle, the Cobalt vessel in the fleet sends a message back to Cobalt Prime informing them that the deception has worked. Spectra finds out and orders a cease fire with Phoenix. The Alliance focuses to building up a fleet to take on the Cobalt Faction as it was called back in the day.

2060 On January 5th the Official break out of war begins against the Cobalt Faction. Unfortunatly, due to the Alliance having a long time of peace, war was hard to get by in the first year alone.Battles Below are from 2060 to 2065

• 2061 Battle of Koronis: Status: Alliance Defeat, Cobalt Victory. 20 Alliance vessels lost, 2 Cobalt Vessels lost.
  
• 2061 Battle of Siran Star: Status: Alliance Defeat, Cobalt Victory. 36 Alliance Vessels Lost, 1 Cobalt Vessel lost.
  
• 2063Battle of Journ: Alliance Victory, Cobalt Defeat. 24 Alliance Vessels Lost, 13 Cobalt Vessels lost .
  
• 2064 Suran Shipyards Conflict: Alliance Victory, Cobalt Defeat. Suran Shipyards Captured. 4 Alliance Vessels lost. 16 Cobalt ships lost, 29 Captured.
  
• 2065 Battle of the Rifts: Alliance Defeat, Cobalt Victory: 83 Alliance Vessels lost, 29 Cobalt vessels lost.

Pushed to the Limits From 2065 to 2070, the Alliance would suffer many defeats, all due to incompitence by Celestia who would be the Leader of the Fleets at the time at the helm of the Star Dreadnought, MCEAS Friendship.

• 2065 Battle of the Nebulon Rifts: Alliance Defeat, Cobalt Victory: 2nd and 3rd alliance fleets wiped off. 20 Cobalt Vessels lost.
  
• 2066 Battle of the Stars: Critical Alliance Defeat, Cobalt Victory: 5 Alliance fleets and 2 support fleets wiped out, Cobalts lose 20 vessels and part of a support fleet. Alliance loses Critical solar extractors.
  
• 2067 Blockade of Yol: Alliance Defeat, Cobalt Victory: 50 Alliance vessels lost, 2 Cobalt vessels lost. Yol and its moon are under control of Cobalt until 2074.
  
• 2067 Seige of Volari: Alliance Defeat, Cobalt Victory: 3 reserve fleets destroyed, 2 cobalt fleets heavily damaged. Alliance loses Volari Shipyards and Volari Forges.
  
• 2069 Battle of the Lunar Colonies: Alliance Defeat, Cobalt Victory: Alliance loses almost every fleet, Cobalt within striking distance of Equestria.

Stepping Down and Changes In 2070 at the start, many ponies put the blame for the war on Celestia. As such, she was forced to step down from Fleet Admiral from all other Admirals. Across the Alliance at the time, billions wondered who would replace her. That came into affect when Spectra Star, took over the posistion of Fleet Admiral and gave a long speech saying that he would fight back against the Cobalt menace, and take back the Alliance. This saw the construction of a new line of battleships, battlecruisers, carriers and cruisers as well as his vessel, the Enterprise, go under its first combat refit.

• January 3rd 2070: Fleet Admiral Celestia is forced to step down
  
• January 5th 2070: Spectra Star becomes Fleet Admiral of the Alliance, Promises to help reclaim lost territory
  
• March 2070: Battle for Equestria: Major Alliance Victory, Cobalt defeat: Alliance beets back the Cobalt Forces from Equestria all the way to the edge of the system, reclaiming lost territory
  
• June 2070: Volari Reclaim: Alliance victory, cobalt defeat: Alliance reclaims Volari Shipyards and Forges.
  
• Octorber 2070: Tri Sector Seige: Alliance Victory: Devistating Cobalt Defeat: Alliance hits 3 sectors of conquered territory, Cobalt would lose all territory gained, Borders back to prewar state.
  
• Feb 2071: Radiation flare battle site: Draw, Alliance and Cobalt pull out from territory. Due to high levels of radiation from the stars.
  
• June 2071: Takon Reclimation: Alliance Victory, Cobalt Defeat: Alliance hits the Takon Yards and reclaims them from the Cobalt Faction.
  
• July 2072: Take over of Orius: Alliance Victory: Cobalt Defeat: Alliance takes Orius, a Ruby planet and gains support from Ruby Rebels who hate their Cobalt Overlords.
  
• December 2072: Pearl Nebula Yards: Alliance Defeat, Cobalt Victory: The Alliance fleets in the Pearl Nebula are attacked and destroyed, the yards are lost and soo are the fleets stationed there.
  
• March 2073: Pearl Nebula retake: Alliance Victory, Cobalt Defeat: Alliance retakes Pearl Nebula shipyards and regains their fleets lost there, Cobalt lose chanse at striking Equestria.
  
• May 2073: Attack on the Monacs: Alliance Victory: Cobalt Defeat: the Cobalts Monacs yards where a major problem, the Alliance took the chanse and created a flare around the star, destroying the yards and knocking Cobalt fleets into Discara
  
• June 2073: Discara Battle. Aliance Victory: Cobalt Defeat: Alliance hit the shattered fleets from Monacs at Discara, a neutral system.
  
• August 2073: Walbruk Basin take over: Alliance VIctory: Cobalt Defeat: Alliance takes control of Walbruk Basin sector block, Results in Alliance within Cobalt faction home worlds.
  
• March 2074: Hexan Rebellion: Alliance Victory, Rebel Victory, Cobalt Defeat: The emeralds on Hexan rebel against the Cobalt overseer, Emerald rebellion almost crushed until the Alliance breaks the cobalt fleet and assists Emerald rebels.
  
• November: Riot on colony 20: Alliance Victory, Cobalt Defeat: The political prisoners of Colony 20 rebel into a fullscale riot, Alliance arrives and helps the Rubies, Irons, Golds, and Emeralds take the planet over. MCEAS Enterprise goes under second refit.

A unusual ally and Cobalt Faction falls The War had been raging for 15 years, Celestia had been removed from power and Spectra taken the helm with determination. However, the Alliance would get a shock when the Cobalt Faction's own princess would arrive to offer the Alliance assistance and help to defeat the Cobalt Faciton and Free its conquered.

please note, that due to limitations, all of the battles for 2075 to 2080 shall be in part 2 and please be mindful, I worked hard on this project by myself soo i hope i did a good job.

Important Information Please note that you should read part 1 before reading part 2, I highly recommend it as you may not understand what is going on here.

• January 2075: Assault on Akirn: Alliance Victory: Cobalt Defeat: Alliance would make a strike for the Iron homeworld of Iron Primus.
  
• March 2075: Liberation of Iron Secundus: Alliance Victory, Cobalt Defeat: the Alliance would take the planet of Iron Secundus from the Cobalts, freeing several million Irons from their lockup, the Irons would join in later on.
  
• May 2075-November 2075: Freeing of Iron Primus and Iron Democratic Union: Alliance Victory, IDU Victory: Cobalt Defeat: The freeing of Iron Primus and the alliance with the IDU would cause a powershift as the Alliance and Irons would work together, the Iron's sharing their knowledge of Mass Driver based weaponry and Rusting tech.
  
• December 2075: Iron Democratic Union Liberation: Major Alliance Victory: Major Cobalt Defeat: With the Iron Democractic Union on their side, the Alliance liberated all planets in the IDU. Alliance liberates outer colonies and several other colonies.
  
• Febuary 2076: Run for Emeralda: Alliance Victorys, Cobalt Defeats: the Alliance would focus on the Emeralds due to their jamming technologys.
  
• April 2076: Emeral Liberation: Alliance Victory, Cobalt Defeat: the Alliance strikes at the planet of Emeral, homebase for the major fleets of Emera class Jammer Cruisers, a vessel that would play a big role in future events to come.
  
• October 2076: Freeing of Emeralda: Major alliance victory, Major Cobalt Defeat: The freeing of Emeralda would free not only the Emeralds, but also their government, the Emerald Colonial Federation, ECF. With the Emeralds on the Alliance side, the Alliance would use the jamming ships to help jam the engines and communications of enemy fleets.
  
• November 2076: Liberation of the ECF: Alliance Victory: Cobalt Defeat: The Alliance struck all cobalt areas across the area that the Emeralds had, returning that space to the ECF who would ally along side the IDU
  
• March 2077: Liberation of Rubana: Allianve Victory: Cobalt Defeat: The Alliance would set course and liberate the world of Rubana, gaining the Ruby alligence
  
• June 2077: Rubina Fleet stocks: Alliance Victory: Cobalt Defeat: The Alliance would launch a liberation campaign on Rubina, freeing it and the majority of the Ruby Fleet and dealing the Cobalts a massive blow
  
• October 23rd 2077: RUC Liberation:Alliance Victory: Cobalt Defeat: On the day that had part of Equestria nuked, the Alliance struck hard and fast, taking all of the Ruby controled terriory
  
• January-Febuary 2078: Golden Unity: Alliance Victory: Cobalt Defeat. The Alliance would use the damage done from the RUC liberation, to hit the Golden Unity Stars space that the Cobalts had taken over.
  
• June-July 2078: Goldina Liberation and GUS Liberation: Alliance Victory: Cobalt Defeat:
  The Alliance took its second chanse to a fast victory, and pushed in on Golden Unity Space, crashing cobalt vessels and liberating the Golds thanks to many of the Civilans who had a distrust for their overlords.
  
• December 21st 2078: The Betrayal: its unsure who won this battle, but for reasons that would be solved later, a lone Cobalt Stealth Cruiser slipped into Alliance lines, carrying the Cobalt Faction's Princess, Princess Cobaltia, Heir to King Coblin and Queen Coblina. With Cobaltia's defect to the Alliance, the Alliance gained a lot of intel despite attempts by Celestia to execute a cobalt.
  
• January-May 2079: Cobalt Conquesting: Alliance Victories, Cobalt Defeats: the Alliance would use the data from Cobaltia to smash through weak lines of the cobalts, taking many of other powers with the alliance and allowing those powers to rebuild. Such including the Silver Stellar Empire, the Sapphire Council, the Platinum Confederacy, and the Bronze Trade Union.
  
• September 15th-17th 2079: Invasion of Cobalt Prime: Critical Aliance Victory, Disasterous Cobalt Defeat: The Alliance would finally engage the Cobalt Faction with the help of the many races it liberated. Over 2000 ships from both sides took part in the battle, leading to many vessels being lost on both sides, including Saber class ship MCEAS Itami, and FoF class Destoryer Kali. Towards the end of the battle, the Cobalts employed their large Starbase's annihilation laser, that would annihilate the alliance Fleet. The MCEAS Dodgaar, rammed into the Station, knocking it's alignment off and destroying the Super Laser.
  
• September 18th 2079: Even though its not a battle, Princess Cobaltia made a action that shut down the Cobalt Faction for good. She personally saw the deaths of the 2 rulers, Coblin and Coblina. She proclaimed that the War was over, and the Cobalt faction was no more, only the Cobalt United Stars would remain. This action would end the Mine.Co Cobalt War, and show the Establishment of the entire Mine.Co Equestrian Alliance. But even with this war's end, another threat was waitting.

The Mine.Co Human War followed immediatly after the Mine.Co Cobalt War when parts of the Human race struck the Alliance when its fleets where all out. This here is a list of the battles that occured in the War.

• May 2080: First Assault: Alliance Defeat, Human Victory: Caught off guard, the Alliance would take a huge number of losses across their space as the humans would be laying in wait for the Alliance to pass them.
  
• June 2080: Second Battle for Equestria: Alliance Defeat, Human Victory: The Alliance would lose its capital world to the Humans with Celestia signing the treaty of Equestria, forcing the Alliance to Stand down and prepare for Human Occupation. Obviously, no one listened to Celestia and would fight for over 8 years
  
• July 2080-July 2088: Alliance and Human skirmishes: Remnants of the Alliance would do battle with the Human fleets, trying to remove them from Alliance controled Space, often met with minimal sucess, these groups where hunted by Celestia's celestial guard. The biggest development came in Octobor of 2086, when a group of Alliance Raiders, captured a Human Battleship and took it to the hidden yards of Solka, where the Enterprise was going under a refit. This refit would become the Temporal Refit, as the Alliance would form its Temporal drive for the Enterprise around the Temporal tech found on the vessel that was captured.
  
• August 2088: The Assault Begins: Finally free from the drydock. The Enterprise would set a course for Equestria to liberate the allied Homeworld. The Resulting fight would liberate Equestria and cause the human fleets to fall into disaray, a feat that Celestia "did by herself" even though Celestia did not do a thing.
  
• September 2088: After a rebuild of the entire fleet, the Alliance would set a course for the Sol system, notably, Earth, sector 001. The normal journy would take 100 years, but using the Wormhole creator from the captured Earth ship, this journy took less than that, only a year.
  
• September 2089: The Battle of Pluto: After a year of traveling through the void, the Fleet of warships would drop out at the far edge of the Solar System, notably, around Pluto. The Pluto fleet stationed there had 4 battleships, 3 heavy cruisers, 2 light cruisers and 11 destroyers with a fleet of a couple carriers and other ships. the Result had all the ships of Pluto destroyed or Disabled.
  
• October 2089: Gas Giant Rush: A month after the battle of Pluto, the alliance would race through the Sol system, destroying the bases on Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune along side taking the bases on the moons of the 4 gas giants and dropping a starbase into Jupiter's famous red spot for research study
  
• December 2089: the Battle of Mars: the Alliance would deal with Starfleet and Martian Forces above Mars. the Resulting battle resulted in heavy losses on both sides with teh Alliance brought down in nearly 10% strength and with the Martians surrendering and the capture of Utopia Planetia shipyards bringing the Alliance fleet back up in a number of hours.
  
• January-March 2090: The battle of Earth: With their forces rebuilt, the Alliance would jump at the chanse to take Earth. the Massive battle would see many destroyed and many Cities destroyed. Cities such as NYC, Tokyo, Bejing, Dubai, Cairo, Paris, Berlin, London, Rio, and many others. Finally, the Earth surrendered and accept the Term in the treaty of Earth. Those terms where
  
• Removal of all Tempoeral Technologies
  
• Demilitarization
  
• Earth could keep their colonies and most of their technologies
  
• The Earth and its colonies must never threaten the Alliance again
  
• After this, the Alliance would return home using the wormhole drive but this time, taking only 6 months instead of a year thus brining the Mine.Co Human War, to a end.

After the War with the Humans ended, the Alliance would begin to have a massive expansion into space with their new Allies. It would run in increases of influences from allied members such as the Cobalts and the Golds. Though with piracy and smuggling that occured and uprisings of cultists. Below is a list of Developments of each groups.

• 2090: Upgrade to All phaser and torpedo based weaponry to mk5 based weaponry
  
• 2091-2110: Upgrades to all Exsisting vessels.
  
• 2092: Mass Driver weaponry is researched using Cobalt Blueprints that resulted in the Enterprise collecting new technologies from all of the Allies.
  
• 2093-2107: Expansion, The Alliance would Expand its territory eventually reaching an area of space that bordered along side the Isotopian Brotherhoods
  
• 2095: First Forge World: Marehoof would be covered in massive factories and shipyards to create massive alliance fleets and would become the first ever forge world to produce goods for all Alliance members.
  
• 2103: First contact with the Isotopian Brotherhoods: The explorer cast of the Brotherhoods, the Neptuniums, would make first contact with the Alliance along a area of unexplored space
  
• 2110: the Peace ends: Unfortunatly, once it was discovered the Strontium and Thorium races acted as the slave caste in the Isotopian Brotherhoods, the Alliance decided to take a chanse and hit the Brotherhoods to free both them and their slave races from the tyrants of the Uraniums

After the break down of Peace talks between the Isotopian Brotherhood and Alliance over Strontium and Thorium races being a slave caste, the Alliance decided to act in a similar strategy they used to fight against the Cobalts a couple years earlier.

• May 2110: Neptuniana Shipyard Siege: Alliance Victory, Brotherhood Defeat. The first battle to take place
  
• June 2110: Juptia System Conquest: Alliance Victory, Brotherhood Defeat. A month later, the Alliance would launch an attack on the Juptia system under Jupterium Control, this would however cost many more lives as the Brotherhood would launch in a reserve fleet and hit the Alliance in the back when Victory was almost in the Alliance hands, the only survivor was a old Qeh'Rall class Cruiser, the MCEAS Kor'Kana.
