Intro
Welcome to one of my guides on how to get every achievement in the new King's Quest as quickly as possible. This guide deals with chapter two, "Rubble Without A Cause", and if you read my guide for chapter one you'll know that I tried my best to get every single achievement in one playthrough of this chapter. As I shall explain, this is not possible in this chapter and must be done in two playthroughs. Maybe if WHISPER was in this chapter he could do it, but he's not and we're not as cool as him I guess. However, there are only two achievements you need to go back for: The Lost Unicorn and Book 'Em. And I'll also help you learn a trick so you can keep the first playthrough's save file in tact so you can revert back to it after overriding it with the second playthrough.

This chapter is much shorter than the first one, which I was a bit disappointed about, but it's still a really fun puzzle chapter. There are 9 achievements to unlock, only 2 of which is hidden and one of those two, The Lost Unicorn, you'll have to grab on the second playthrough. A handful of the achievements for this chapter are very missable, so follow the guide and you should be fine.

As mentioned before, as far as I can tell, it is impossible to get all the achievements for this one in one playthrough. This is because both Bramble and Mr. Fancycakes start off sick with three days to live (and you can't do anything to progress on the cobweb day so they really only have two days to live). They won't eat any food until they're cured and there's only one cure in the game. You also can't escape before either one or both of them die, so you HAVE to choose to cure one of them or the cure is useless and you miss a bunch of achievements. Saving Bramble gets you more achievements so we're going to save her on the first playthrough.

The next section will talk about some of my discoveries while replaying this chapter up and down and the section after that we'll start talking about getting the achievements, so if you don't care about any of that and just want to get on with this just skip ahead.
Findings
Now, I have tried out MANY different ways to go about playing this chapter and I will share here my findings. Some of it is important to getting the achievements, others I tried in an attempt to get all of them in one-playthrough, and some..I just wanted to see what would happen. Here's some of the most notable things I found.

First off, on the day Graham has to clean cobwebs, you can do nothing to progress further. This day is merely to get you used to the area of the level and reintroduce you to the characters. You can't do anything besides clean the cobwebs and then go back to bed.

It is impossible to fail the chapter. If you feed yourself twice and then the giant rat, this will only kill Mr. Fancycakes, Bramble, and the Hobblepots. Amaya will still be alive and you can't go back to sleep without giving someone the meat. Since you can't feed yourself or the rat anymore, you have to feed Amaya, and feeding someone the meat heals for three hearts. That means you will always have a means of escape.

You can, however, get Amaya killed if you feed the others instead of her. Funny enough through, when I got her killed, during the cutscene when they take her away, Old Graham says "I could've saved Mr. Fancycakes, what was I thinking!" Which to me is hilarious because he's still mourning over the loss of Mr. Fancycakes above everyone else just like me. I'm not sure if it was just a glitch with my game at the time or if he really does say that whenever Amaya dies because the game devs didn't test Amaya's death cutscene enough because they thought the player would rarely ever get her killed. I'm also too lazy after writing this entire long guide to check to see if I can trigger him saying it again.

Killing off Amaya or the Hobblepots will get you free access to certain items. You will get the coin or key (depending on which you already chose) from the table in Amaya's room if she dies. You will get access into their tree cell and access to their cauldron if the Hobblepots die. Getting access to the Hobblepots cell is important because no matter what path you choose you can't escape without the Bone Bomb potion, so if the Hobblepots die you just have to make it yourself.

The only use for the chopsticks is to pick open the shelf above the weed ladder that would hold any of your contraband items that have been confiscated. If you use the contraband item on the same day as you get it or you hide it in the chest of the rat room before going to bed, you shouldn't have to worry about this so the chopsticks are pretty useless. The last of the porridge will heal for four hearts and lasts two days. It also won't work if the person you give it to needs less than four hearts. It has no other use than that, so you really only need it to boost someone's health for escape since they need to be healed up to a certain amount to escape.

If you saved the merchant in chapter one, when you meet him in chapter two he'll mention giving you a free item. This excited me because it meant I could get the cure potion AND have Graham eat the meat...but it turns out the "free item" is just be a kiss on the cheek. Of course. Also, if you didn't save him in chapter one, in chapter two he'll insult you at times, but he'll still sell you the items (and at their regular price!).

If you save Mr. Fancycakes and don't give him to the Merchant but instead bring him to the end of the chapter, you can actually use him instead of your companion on the first part of the goblin king interaction. This will pull out Mr. Fancycakes AND your companion. Mr. Fancycakes will just stand there and chew and then the goblins will freak out and run. Then you can continue the goblin king sequence as normal.

Distressed Out
Got some air.

This is story related, so you can't miss it. You'll get this just by walking outside of the castle and into the rain.
Day One: Froggy, Froggy, Froggy!!
When I refer to "Day One", I mean the day after the spider web cleaning day, since you can't do anything that will progress anything on that day (aside from getting the spider web at the end, which isn't missable). On day one, you get the meat and are instructed to feed the rat as your "chore". You do not have to feed the rat and can actually feed yourself (Graham) or others instead.

Feed the meat to Graham
Go to your dinner cloth in your room and eat it. This will give Graham two strength which we can use on two of the screws on the pipe in his room. You can take those off now too while your here or just come back later when you have three strength.

The following is a brief explanation as to why, skip this if you don't care
The big decision you face every day is deciding who gets the daily meat. You can get the cure potion on day one if you feed the rat, get the chair, use the chair to get a coin, and then buy the cure. I don't like doing this however because it means Graham doesn't eat and can't progress with anything else that day. You also don't need feed the Hobblepots the meat at first, in fact it's a waste if you do. This is because if you get a frog and bring it to them, Chester will lick it and then be healed slightly (yes, this actually happens and it's hilarious). He is, however, the only one who can do this. And you can only get the frog after Graham has two strength. Amaya can't eat because she's full health. Mr. Fancycakes doesn't eat and can only be cured. Bramble can eat but only when she's cured but you can't cure her and feed her on day one, so the only logical choice for day one is to feed Graham.

Get the frog
Use the spider web on the lever at the second floor enterance to gain access to the second floor. Once there, head to the ladder at the back left part of the room. Pull the lever there to gain access to the peapod room and the frog room. Go right from this room to see the frog kissing cutscene. Go up and around to get to the top of the frog kissing stage. Wait until the boulder is up, then use the lever so the boulder moves completely to the left. Wait until the boulder goes down and use it again. The boulder should now move up and down onto a button which releases a door above the frog. When the boulder is down on the button, fall through the door and the goblins will all think you are their prince and you get to keep the frog.

Get the pea
This could also be done before the frog scene (or at any time, really). Go to the music box and set it to play this combo: 4, 4, 5, 1, 4, 4, 5. Play the song and it should put the goblin to sleep (Make sure the song starts at the correct place or it will be off when you play it and won't work). You can now grab the pea from the mattress stack.

Feed the frog to the Hobblepots (Chester)
This will energize him without having to waste meat, porridge, or sweetycakes on him and will start the weed growing potion process. He will tell you he needs the eye of a fly to make the potion.

Note: You can also lower the bridges that go to Amaya and the Hobblepots now while you're there since Graham is at two strength. The Hobblepots' bridge needs to be lowered for later when you bring them a fresh rose.

Get the fly
Go to the second floor and to the left room. Use the frog on the flies to get one of them.

Get the weed growing potion
Bring the fly back to the Hobblepots and they will attempt to make a weed rotting potion, which will fail but will give you a weed growing potion which you can use in two locations and will make weeds grow where poured after resting. We can only go to one of those right now. This interaction will also start the process of making a Bone Bomb, which requires the pea and a fresh rose. You can give them the pea now or keep it until later, it doesn't make a difference.

Make the weed ladder
Go to the second floor and pour the weed growing potion at the center part of the main room. This will make a ladder there on day two.

Get the frying pan sword
On the second floor, go to the right and go right again past the merchant and flour room. You'll find a path that leads to a sword in stone. Go over to it and pull it out (it's a silly frying pan sword, because of course it is). This is contraband and will be confiscated if you go to sleep with it.

Get the flour room key
This next action will end the day so make sure you do this last. Go to Amaya and give her the frying pan sword. You will have the choice of getting the flour room key or a coin. Choose the goblin on the left for her to attack so you can get the key.

The following is an explanation as to why, skip this if you don't care
This is actually the most complicated choice to make for getting all the achievements. Because we have the weed ladder growing now, however, we are guaranteed at least one coin on day two (there's a coin at the top of it). On day two, if we feed Graham we can take off the last screw on the pipe in his room and crawl through it to get a second coin. Or, if we feed the rat the meat on day two, we get a chair from the chest in that room which can be used to get a coin from a pile of wooden rubble on the path between Wente & Bramble and the Hobblepots. Since the most coins we actually need are three (since the chopsticks are useless to us), we don't need to worry about coins too much. The most important part is that we have at least one coin for the cure, and we're already guarenteed it. Getting the flour key first is also important because it will help us with the escape route with Wente & Bramble more quickly (we'd have to waste another day to get the flour key otherwise).
Day Two: Baking Bad
Day Two is the day we have to save either Bramble or Mr. Fancycakes. For this playthrough, we're going to save Bramble and then we'll save Mr. Fancycakes in the second playthrough. Saving Fancycakes is required for The Lost Unicorn and the Book 'Em achievements. Saving Bramble is required for the Medicinal Majesty, A Royal Pain in the Rear, and the Cell-ebration! achievements.

Because of the achievement A Royal Pain in the Rear, we have to go through most of Wente & Bramble's escape plan because it requires the poisoned sweetycake. Note, however, that we don't have to escape with Wente & Bramble if we don't want to, but we have to get close to their escape. We also have to get close to the Hobblepot's escape as well, but this isn't required for an achievement. We have to get a little further into Amaya's escape so that we can get all the coins in the chapter for an achievement, but we'll get to that later.

Feed the rat the meat
Go to the rat room and use the meat on the rat. Open the chest to get a chair and unlock the ability to use the chest to hide contraband (even though we won't need it really). The rat will go to sleep once you leave and he will stay like this for the rest of the chapter (but he can still eat you so don't bother him).

The following is an explanation, skip this if you don't care
Another really complicated choice to make for this chapter is whether to feed Graham or the rat on this day. It made sense to feed Graham on day one, but on day two it's more open to different paths so it's less obvious to see which is the right choice. None of the other people need it immediately so Graham and the rat are the only two options that cause progress the story/achievements. Feeding Graham means we have three strength so we can get the pipe coin as well as the guarenteed weed ladder coin, and also gives us access to the back rooms with the glass slipper and fresh roses. However we don't need the extra pipe coin yet and even having access to the back rooms won't be helpful to us yet. And we also can't get the chair, the chair coin, or continue Wente & Bramble's escape for another day because the rat only eats the meat and won't eat the porridge or anything else (believe me, I tried). So the logical choice is to feed the rat the meat here. But there's even more to this that makes it even more important to feed the rat. I've discovered that you can actually get the sweetycakes during this day and feed it to Graham, thereby also giving you three strength with no downsides. So really giving the rat the meat is definitely the correct option.

Get the chair coin
On the path between Wente & Bramble and the Hobblepots, there is a pile of broken wood and a coin above it. Use the chair on this to get the coin.

Get the weed ladder coin and the chunder blossom
Go to the second floor. On the main platform, the weed ladder should have formed by now. Climb up the ladder and you'll find a coin in front of you and a chunder blossom to the right. Take these. There's also a container to your left which is where your contraband will end up if you go to sleep with it. This can only be opened with the chopsticks, but since we're good at videogames (and we'll have a hiding spot in the rat room soon) we're not going to get our contraband taken away so we don't need to worry about this container or have to buy the chopsticks, for that matter.

Buy the cure
On the second floor, go to the Merchant. Buy the cure. Simple.

Get the flour and heart page
Near the enterance of the Merchant's shop, use the key on the door. You could've done this at any point really. This will let us into the room and let us get the flour and the heart page.

Medicinal Majesty
Healed Bramble.

Give the cure to Bramble and you'll get this achievement. Sadly you've doomed Mr. Fancycakes... But we'll save him in the second playthrough. Saving Bramble allows you to continue with their escape now.

Give Wente the chair
The first step of their escape is to give Wente the chair for the furnace. Give him the chair and he will break it and use it for the fire. Now we can make sweetycakes, but we need flour for them. Luckily, we already have the flour.

Make the sweetycakes
Give the flour to Wente & Bramble and they will make sweetycakes and try to bribe the guards with them. They won't accept them, however, and you're told they need to add chundle blossom to the sweetycakes in order to poison the guards (which doesn't make sense to me because they already rejected them, but whatever who needs logic, I mean why can't we have the Hobblepots make a cure potion too so we can save Fancycakes? No? Okay, thanks The Odd Gentlemen). You get to keep one of the sweetycake, which will come in handy but just for feeding someone, not for continuing the escape. You do already have the chundle blossom, but Bramble needs to be healthy enough to put it in the sweetycakes, and you can't feed her anything else for today, so we'll wait until tomorrow to finish that.
Day Two: Boom, Baby
Now that we're almost done with the sweetycakes, the last thing we have to do today is focus on finishing the Bone Bomb. You can get the last ingredient today, but you can't get it built unless the Hobblepots have enough health. So you might not be able to build this until tomorrow as well, but that's fine because you can't use it until tomorrow anyways so there's no rush to get it ready. At this point all you have to do is make sure no one dies, and since you've already cured Bramble you're able to keep everyone else alive very easily. Tomorrow Mr. Fancy Cakes will die, however that doesn't affect the Cell-ebration achievement since he's not considered a "townsperson".

Feed Graham the sweetycake
You can now give yourself the sweetycake to get three strengths to prepare the last weed growth of this chapter.

Get the pipe coin
Remove all the screws from the pipe in your room. Once removed, you can now climb into the pipe and into a room with a music box and a coin. The music box is just there to give you help with the pea room music box, so you can ignore that. Take the coin and head back to your room.

Buy the porridge
Go to the Merchant and buy this. This is important for completing the escape routes.

Use weed growing potion for glass slipper
Now that you have three strength, go to the second floor and then go up the regular ladder towards the frog stage. Go up and use the lever to open the new area. To your right will be the fresh rose, but we'll get that on the way back. Go forward and talk to the goblins in front of the fire place. They will toss the glass slipper aside and be sad that it didn't fit any of them. Walk over to where the glass slipper fell and use the weed growing potion on it. This will get rid of the weed growing potion because you're done using it now and will set up this area to bring the slipper back tomorrow.

Bring the fresh rose to the Hobblepots
This is easy but it's tedious to do. Go back and head to the right instead to enter the fancy garden with lots of fresh roses in the center. The trick with the rose is you have to take it and dip it in the water fountains as much as you can as you walk to the Hobblepots, otherwise it will die. It will wilt after a certain number of new rooms entered and then will die if you don't dip it in the water while it is wilted. There's really only one part of the walk back where the game will try to trick you. Here's what you do: Take a rose, leave the garden. Go to the frog/pea room and dip the rose in the water here. Head to the main room, climb down the ladder, and go to the room to the left. Dip the rose in the water here. He'd back to the main room and then go to the first floor. Dip the rose in the water here and then head to the Hobblepots. You can leave the rose in the water of their room until you need it for the bone bomb.

Go back to bed
You're finally done with day two, head back to bed and we'll be done soon.
Day Three: Poison, Explosions, and Stories
Give Bramble the porridge
This will make her stand up, which means she is healthy enough to make the poisoned sweetycakes. Wente will offer the sweetycakes to the guards, one will spit it out and Wente will get mad and knock out the guards by throwing the sweetycakes at them. You get to keep one, which we need for an achievement.

A Royal Pain in the Rear
Tummy troubles

Take the poisoned sweetycake down to your room and eat it. This will cause Graham to "die" and will give you the achievement (and respawn, giving you the poisoned sweetycake back). This was why we had to get towards the end of Wente & Bramble's escape, because you can only get the achievement with this and Wente & Bramble "dying" won't give you access to their cell so you had to keep them alive.

Give the meat to the Hobblepots
This will make them healthy enough to finish the bone bomb.

Give the Hobblepots the pea and fresh rose
They will take the ingredients and make a bone bomb. They will also be fed for several days by their cauldron. Since Wente & Bramble will be fed for two days because of the porridge, we just have to make sure Amaya doesn't die and then everyone lives except Mr. Fancycakes.

Give the glass slipper to "Cinderella"
In case you didn't get the joke, the goblins were all trying on the glass slipper and were sad to find out it didn't fit any of them. There is a goblin in an area to the right of them, however, who is sweeping and will turn out to be the right size for the slipper. Take the glass slipper from the weeds and give the glass slipper to "Cinderella". She will give you a broom, which we'll give to Amaya later, and then leave. This will also make the goblins in front of the fireplace leave, which we needed.

Use the bone bomb on the fireplace
This will open the last required path for us. Head down the hall and you'll see a wall of papers. Interacting with it will trigger a cutscene where Old Graham explains that goblins live their lives based on stories (hence the Cinderella and frog prince references). After he's done talking, the page of bravery will fall and you'll pick it up. Then some goblins will show up and reveal a new pipe for you to crawl into.

Get the bolt cutters
Crawl through the new pipe and you'll enter another hidden room. This will have the bolt cutters in them, which we need to free any of the prisoners to complete the chapter. Technically we could escape from the prison now, but there's one more achievement we need today before we leave.

Hide the bolt cutters in the rat room
Head down to the rat room and use the bolt cutters on the chest, this will hide it in here for us. We don't necessarily have to do this, but it saves time. We'll be giving Amaya the broom next which will end the day, meaning if we have the bolt cutters on us they'll be taken from us and locked at the top of the weed ladder on the second floor. The guard Amaya knocks out will end up giving us a coin which we could use to buy the chopsticks which are used to open the locked container with the bolt cutters, but again that's just tedious really.

The King is in a Cent
Found all gold in Chapter 2

Give Amaya the broom and she will take out the guard with the last coin. This will give you the coin, the achievement, and end the day.
Day Four: The Escape
You're now ready to escape in which ever way you want. You can take any of the three routes, Amaya, Wente & Bramble, or the Hobblepots, as long as you still have the bolt cutters.

Retrieve the bolt cutters
If you followed this guide, it should just be in chest of the rat room. If you forgot to hide the bolt cutters before giving the broom to Amaya or going to bed in general, you will have lost the bolt cutters from your inventory, but you now have a coin. To get your bolt cutters back, take your coin to the Merchant and buy the chopsticks. Then climb the weed ladder and use the chopsticks on the locked container which has your bolt cutters in them.

Rubble Yell
Escaped the goblin prison

To escape with Wente & Bramble or the Hobblepots, you just need to use the bolt cutters on their cell locks. To escape with Amaya, however, requires a little extra but can still be done today. To escape with Amaya, you need to take out the last guard. Don't worry that Amaya has low health right now, we can still free her and leave without it affecting anything. To take out the last guard you actually have two options, you can give him the poisoned sweetycake or you can actually use the meat on him. Using the meat on him will have you club him on the head with it and knock him out.

Cell-ebration
Escaped without any townspeople taken away

If you followed this guide, you will also get this achievement as you escape. Mr. Fancycakes being taken does not affect this achievement since he is not a "townsperson".
Playthrough One Complete
The rest of this chapter is pretty self-explanatory. First you lead your companion through a platform jumping mini-game type deal. Then you grab a baby dragon. Then you put the baby dragon in front of a light. You'll get your old hat back and you'll find the room where the goblins will put anyone who starved in. Mr. Fancycakes should be in here if you followed the guide. As far as I know, there's no way to open the door, even if you brought the chopsticks. But that's fine because at the end of the chapter they're all saved anyways. Next you'll find the story book Manny wrote to trick the goblins into kidnapping you all. Then you'll pull two books off the shelves, one reveals a "Baby Swap" prank and the other opens the door out. Both have to be pulled because the "Baby Swap" book is found by a goblin who has to find it for future chapter story reasons.

The Reign is Just Beginning
Completed Chapter 2
Now you'll be at the goblin king's room to finish the chapter. You have to make a series of dialouge and item choices in order to finish the story, but even if you mess up the game lets you keep trying so this is really easy. Here's the order though if you want to save time: Use your companion (or Mr. Fanycakes, if you brought him in some other playthrough), "Outsmarted a quizzical griffin", "Heart", use your old hat, and then use any of the book pages you've found (heart, bravery, or mind). The chapter will play it's last cutscenes and you will have completed the chapter.
Playthrough Two: Mr. Fancycakes and the All Pages
Now that we've completed the first playthrough, we should have all the achievements except two. Both of these achievements require saving Mr. Fancycakes, which is why we couldn't get them in the first playthrough. In the second playthrough, we will save Mr. Fancycakes instead of Bramble.

Now you might be saying to yourself "But I don't want to override my last playthrough, that felt like the 'correct' playthrough, and I also don't want to have to go through it all entirely again". Well, don't worry because as I said at the beginning of this guide, I'll be showing you a little trick to keep your old save while being able to get the last two achievements in a new playthrough.

Copy your save slot
Go to the main menu of the game and select "Change Save Slot". From here, you want to "Copy" your save slot to another slot, creating two of the same save slot. Choose the new save slot as the one you want to play. If you want, you can rename the slots different things as well.

Override the Chapter 2 save
Go back to the main menu and then selecting "Play" and then "Chapter 1". The game will warn you that this will override your save and you'll select the copied save slot again. This will only override your Chapter 2 game, it won't restart Chapter 1. The last cutscene of Chapter 1 will play and then show you the final results of your Chapter 1 and then you'll be brought back to the main menu. Press "Play" again at the main menu but this time select "Chapter 2" to start Chapter 2 from the beginning.

Save Mr. Fancycakes
Arguable THE most important task of this chapter. To do this, first you can go back through my guide and refer to days one and two for a full refresher, but I'll quickly list here what actions you do and the order.

Day One: Feed Graham the meat. Use spider web on lever to second floor. Go to back part of second level. Grab the pea from the pea room by putting 4,4,5,1,4,4,5 into the music player. Get the frog by moving the boulder when the its up and then again when it's down and falling through the hole. Lower the bridges on the first floor. Use the frog on the Hobblepots. Use the frog on the flies on the second floor left room. Use the fly on the Hobblepots. Use the weed growing potion on the main platform of the second floor. Get the frying pan sword on the second floor to the right past the Merchant/flour room. Use the frying pan sword on Amaya and choose the left goblin.

Day Two: Feed the rat the meat. Get the chair from the chest in the rat room. Use the chair to get the coin between Wente & Bramble and the Hobblepots. Go to the second floor and climb the weed ladder to get a coin and a chundle blossom. Go to the Merchant and buy the porrige. Feed Graham the porridge. Unscrew the pipe in your room and climb in to get the last coin. Go back to the Merchant and buy the cure. Give the cure to Mr. Fancycakes.

The Lost Unicorn
Reunited two best friends

Once you give Mr. Fancycakes the cure, he will break free and will be added to your inventory. You can now bring him to the Merchant and use it on him. The Merchant will be grateful and give you an axe. This is what's required for our last achievement.

Book 'Em
Found all pages in Chapter 2

There are three book pages in total: heart, bravery, and mind. Heart is in the flour room, which we have the key to so we can grab that now. Bravery, we know, is in the room that you can only get to after you make the bone bomb. Mind is the page that we needed the axe for, and we can get that now. It's on top of a giant mushroom between Amaya and Wente & Bramble. Use the axe on the mushroom and the page will fall down to you. To get the last page, bravery, you just have to get the bone bomb and use it because it's in the room with the pipe to the bolt cutters. I'll briefly explain how to do this again below in case you can't remember.

To get and use the bone bomb, do the following: Open the new path past the frog/pea room. Head forwars and talk to the glass slipper goblins. Pour the weed growing potion onto where the glass slipper went. Head back and go to the garden to the right. Bring the fresh rose to the Hobblepots by dipping the rose along the way into the frog/pea room, the fly room, the first floor main platform, and the Hobblepots room. Go to sleep. Give the Hobblepots the meat and then give them the pea and the rose. They will give you the bomb now. Head back to the glass slipper room and grab it. Take it to the right to give it to "Cinderella". Go back and use the bone bomb on the fire place. Head down the path and interact with the pages on the wall and the page of bravery will fall and you'll get the achievement.
Outro
You should now have all the achievements! If you want, you can delete the extra save file, you don't even need to complete it really. Also Bramble will have "died" so you can't get any sweetycakes or do their escape.

I played this chapter so many different ways and tried as many different choices, interections, and combinations that I possibly could and as far as I can tell there is no possible way to get all the achievements in one playthrough or save Bramble and Mr. Fancycakes. It feels however like there should be a way, and maybe there is some completely rare ridiculous interaction that I didn't think of but as far as I can tell there isn't. Maybe The Odd Gentlemen could confirm this for all of us once and for all, or maybe they could say they meant us to be able to but messed up somewhere.

Either way, my personal opinion about this chapter is that it was fun, challenging, and pretty interesting. However I did not like how incredibly short it was compared to the first one. It felt like they rushed this out before Christmas and had to cut it short.

I hope you all enjoyed this chapter despite it's size and that my guide was helpful to you all. If you have anything to add to it, any interesting unmentioned interactions discovered, or any questions/concerns, let me know in the comments.

See you all in the next chapter!

Update: as you can see I have just got the Achievement. Because I replayed the chapter from the beginning. I didn't do 2 things I did in the first try:
1. I didn't give pea immediately to the Hobblepots, but only after I gave mosquito;
2. I didn't talk to the merchant at all on that day.
Another thing I would like to note that, I got dragon illusion cutscene on first day, whilst in my next / current playthrough, I got it on 2nd day which means Bramble and Fancycakes didn't die on day 1.

I am currently following this guide, and did everything step-by-step, but Bramble and Fancycakes both died in day 1. How?

any way you could link all guides you made?
hard to find anything in kq stuff its seeing oddly kq3 guides

I happen to KNOW this game tries to force at least 4 playthroughs MIN
so yes backing up saves IS REQUIRED to do 1-2 runs only.
sad they didnt mod the game and update it to allow manual saves or replay of chapters at given points.

sad really

Just a small comment for when the story branches between saving Bramble or Mr. Fancycakes.

What I did was buy the cure and then exit, so it saved right after buying it. Then I copied the file so I had two save slots with all the work up to buying the cure. For my main save I continued and saved the townfolk etc. Then in the second save I cured Mr. Fancycakes.

Since I didn't restart but rather kept going there were some slight changes, e.g. I didn't have the coins for the porridge that day. I made Graham eat the meat the next day and proceeded with getting the coin from his room's pipe, then bought the porridge and gave it to the old couple. Since I had to sleep again for the shoe to be reachable afterwards, I had to give Amaya the meat on the last day so she could stand. The rest was as is.

Please, I'm waiting for your guides for the other chapters :)

I intended to continue these guides but I've been so busy and now all the episodes are out now so I'm not sure how much people would still want this.
