I think level “Blow me” in Dawn segment is easy to get this achievement.

You could unlock this achievement with level “Switcheroo” in Dawn segment. Just use your last life to fall onto the flag.

You could unlock these two achievements with level “Seasick” in Day segment.

• Overkill
  (Fall from a high height into water while also dying of poison.)
  
  Just jump into the sea through the toxic bottle.
  
  
• The Organic Titanic
  (Her voyage couldn't even last 10 seconds.)
  
  Just jump to the body boat through the toxic bottle and wait 10 seconds to die.

As the description said, “Reach the end Boss.” Actually, it is unlocked when you get into the boss level “Boss: End of the Line” in Dusk segment.

(Beat another player's Steam Workshop Level.)

Subscribe any Workshop levels that made by other players, then restart the game and beat it.

Workshop for this achievement → Unlock Achievement "Don't forget to rate!"

After you subscribe the level above, restart the game and click the “Level Editor”, then press “2” to load a level.
The screen will tell you press “↑” to load an online level, and on next screen use “←” or “→” to choose level “Unlock Achievement ‘Don't forget to rate!’ by Killer”, then press “enter/return” to load the level and finish it for unlocking the achievement.

(Publish your first level on the Steam Workshop.)

Just use the Level Editor to make a simple level. Play it, save it, and publish it on the Steam Workshop.
Click the “Level Editor”, then press “Q” to get detail about how to use the Level Editor.

You could unlock this achievement with level “Boss: End of the Line” in Dusk segment. Just kill yourself to make enough zombies, then this achievement will be unlocked.

As the description said, “Beat the postgame levels.” Actually, it means that finishing all levels.

(Beat the end boss with fewer than 6 of your corpses shambling about.)

This achievement is unlocked with level “Boss: End of the Line” in Dusk segment. Just need to use 5 corpses, you can beat the boss!!! (Video and Pictures for who cannot or don’t want to see the video)

(Die 1000 times.)

As the description said, “Die 1000 times.” Actually, when I finished all the other achievements of Respawn Man, I just spent less than 500 lives. lol

If you like me still not reach 1000 of death, you may choose the Workshop level below to finish it automatically.
