using ar_shoots aesthetics.

kept the old prefix > cs for the glory days.

(any skin advertisement comments will be deleted.)

Update: 7 Jan
- Fixed clipping around the map for smoother gameplay.
- Fixed foliage/building prop shadows.
- Adjusted displacements.
- Updated radar with grid.

For me as a nb (less then level 3) the code is useless! But thanks for a great map, the DM is realy great warm up when you add more bots.
