Paradise Homes 4x4 1980s Level 2 by MrMiyagi

A 1980s-era house one would see in Florida. Very Golden Girls :D

The goal of this housing series is to make your tropical city look more... well, tropical! Lush tropical landscape gardening, soft landscape lighting, larger lots and more! These share a lot of the same trees and props as other items I have made, keeping your (and my!) total number of subscriptions lower.

You can just have them mixed in with your vanilla residences, or collect them as the come out and set up entire neighborhoods with all tropical gardening!

These are vanilla buildings, created by Colossal Order, so there's no mystery as to whether your game will perform well or not. What's different is the gardening and nighttime lighting.

Yup! The mod Prop It Up allows you to replace the pools with whatever you want. Under the Building tab of the mod.
Since I made these houses there have been much better pools created and available on the WS

I need more of these floridian houses. In reality they are so coourful and diverse, I don´t only want to have one.

Here is the page for the replacement prop where you can read other comments, but subscribing to the new one won't take that error message off, I do not think XAVE is playing nor creating assets any more.

Tell XAVE to please fix. :D I know about that error code. XAVE deleted it from his workshop, which means that all creations made with that prop will always have that error.
This is not a problem for your game's performance. From what I found out from experienced modders is that unlike a missing tree, a missing prop bush won't cause any problem in performance. Here's to hoping a tree creator never deletes their tree!
