Instead of making a new guide since you already have a decent one with similar content and more I thought I would just link here, feel free to add it to your guide if you want with tweaks if need be, a simple mention for credit would be appreciated if you decide to do so.

I'll be writing my own on github just in case that disappears; but until then, I've also made a repo with all the vanilla engrams as well as a few mods I'm currently using. Hopefully one day soon I'll be able to have a script or something to input the engram name and arguments to pipe out to a file instead of manually going through for certain mod setups.

I haven’t had the time to double check each engram; but if it’s missing any, it’s only a few. They’re sorted by which level they’re unlocked at to help me implement other mods such as StructuresPlus.
I have tailored my own game.ini with OverrideEngram lines, which works beautifully with the exception of that common lag issue in the Engram window, due to so many listed out hidden engrams - and it seems (according to widespread thought and community experience) that throwing in a little magic with bOnlyAllowSpecifiedEngrams=true and then listing out all vanilla engram overrides (not hidden, of course) from there is the way to go. Thank you in advance!
