About Kicks and Kicking.
Kicking.
It's an issue some people never shut the ♥♥♥♥ up about. Let me say this to you, if you think getting kicked is the worst thing in the world:

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ MOVE ON

People are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and you will get kicked. So stop being salty and just move on.

Just remember the more time you complain about getting kicked, the less time you have to play.

After many threads on the topic, Overkill added a vote kick option. Sounds nice, but here's the thing: no one ever uses it. The reason is simple actually, it's because there are 4 people in a lobby and getting it to actually work with that low of a number is next to imposible. Add to that that the host can just nuke the lobby if they want.

So every lobby you'll be in will have host kick.
Finding a lobby.
Some people just host so they can kick right at the end or to demand that you carry them.
And you don't need them. If they're acting like human trash don't play with them and more importantly, don't ♥♥♥♥♥ when they kick you.

Next is your behavour.
Look at yourself. If you're getting kicked alot, and I mean ALOT, chances are it's you. I know no one likes to hear ♥♥♥♥ like this but it's true. Alot of hosts won't have time for your ♥♥♥♥ and will just kick you and move on.

And then finally is skill.
After behavour, lack of skills is the reason I hear alot of (the remaining) veterans say when they kick people. Mostly low level/skilled players joining Ovk and DW heists without knowing the first thing about playing. Combine that with the number of people with empty perk decks or super poor loadouts or terrible builds.

A word about Cheaters and Private Profiles
If you're one of those people who uses SAM to unlock achivements, expect to be kicked 90% of the time. Most legit plays can't stand ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ like that.
Also if your profile is private expect kicks, I'm sure you have your reasons to have your profile private, I'm sure they're reallllly good ones too, but alot of cheaters have private profiles too and alot of players just kick private profiles anyway.

Best thing to do is post on the Crews and Clans section of the forums and try to find a group or even just someone to teach you how to play.

If all else fails, just host your own game. So no one can kick you.
Why not Deathwish?
This is a big reason I hear for people getting kicked, because they join DW.

Deathwish is a massive step up from Overkill and it takes alot more than just bringing an RPG.
You'll see alot of DW lobbies and they fall into 3 groups:

Actual people who just want to do DW.
Basically people who have the correct gear and skill level and thought it would be nice to open up the last spot. Alot of these people just want to do the mission and will probably kick you when you ♥♥♥♥ it up or see that you have the wrong set up.

Unskilled people who hope someone will come along to carry them.
This is something you'll see alot in Ovk too, basically they just host and hope someone will come along and carry them but they're particularly worse on DW. These people are also the main ones who tend to kick right at the end, normally to let one of their ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ friends get free money/xp.

Cheaters/trolls
Because they can ♥♥♥♥ with people on DW. Anything can happen with these ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ but if you join their lobby just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ leave.

I see myself as a big reason for kick complaints, my game autokicks everyone under 100 hours, with CTV, with Hitman, with an empty perk deck or with no deployable.

Also if you see someone with a username of a different language to yours (especially if it's a username in a different alphabet or comprised solely of '_____________', kicking is something you should anticipate.

Also DO NOT TURN UP TO SHADOW RAID/CAR SHOP WITH LOUD STUFF, AND DO NOT TURN UP TO A LOUD HEIST WITH STEALTH STUFF.

I'm not actually that :steamsalty:, as I keep saying, this guide is just a reply to everyone who complains about getting kicked (with a little extra than just HYOG). If you want to see me :steamsalty: read my guide on getting the meme masks. If you can't tell already, I think those are cancer.

Just adding to this.

If you have this big belief that you're being kicked over and over for no reason, run your own lobby. Nobody can kick you, but you won't get going because anyone that can handle it is going to notice, and anyone that can't will just hold you back.
