This guide is created using the Steam version of FireFall and using default install location.

Navigate to:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\FireFall

Once you open that file in a notepad program of your choice, you can copy and paste this command below the text at the top.

[UI]
PlayIntroMovie= 0;

Save your changes before closing FireFall.ini.
One last step and you're done!

Right click FireFall.ini and select "properties"
Checkmark the box beside "read only" which will make the file non-editable.
This prevents the game from erasing your changes to the file.

That's it, you're all done!
Your game will no longer play the intro movie.
