Pick Walk or Car, then reload and pick the other one so you pick up both achievements.

Final Lap - Took car to school.



Walked the Golden Mile - Walked to school.



Stop #2: Save Here

All endings are present in this single screen. Simply explore each one to get each ending. Reload after the achievement pops. For the final ending achievement, you'll have to make it to the credits/menu button screen.

Food for the heart - Completed Keisuke ending.

Pick 'Go to Keisuke'

Friends Forever - Completed friendship ending.

Pick 'Stay with the girls'

Love Concerto - Chose to let Saori have Takeo to herself.

Pick 'Go to Takeo', then 'Go to Keisuke'

Needed my coffee - Completed Michiko ending.

Pick 'Get a coffee'

You witch! - Completed Takeo ending.

Pick 'Go to Takeo', then 'Go to Takeo' again.

Yuri! - Completed Yuri ending.

Pick 'See if Yuri is around.'

Road less travelled - Completed all endings.

On your final ending, let it go through to the main menu or at least to the credit/menu button scene for it to pop up.
